Hōseki, meaning "jewel" in Japanese, is an ultra-exclusive fine dining destination located on the fourth floor of the luxury Bulgari Resort Dubai on Jumeira Bay Island. Helmed by sixth-generation sushi master Chef Masahiro Sugiyama, the restaurant offers a highly traditional Omakase experience focused on Edomae sushi techniques.

Service hours are as follows:

• Dinner: 06:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Wednesday - Sunday)
• Lunch: 01:00 PM – 03:00 PM (Thursday - Sunday)
• Closed: Monday and Tuesday
